These are the terms for using the Common Grounds Cooperative website. They are short because the site is simple.
Using this site
You may read, print and share what is here. You may not copy the site, scrape it in bulk, or use it to send us anything abusive or unlawful.
Using our model
You may copy, adapt and share the pages that describe how the cooperative works (the Our model pages) for your own group of businesses, as long as you say where they came from. That permission does not cover the Members' names, logos or photographs, which belong to each Member.
Our content
The Members' names, logos, photographs and quoted words belong to each Member. The design guide says which Common Grounds Cooperative files you may use and how.
Other sites
Links to other sites are there because they are useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for what is on them.
Accuracy
We keep this site as accurate as we can, but a page can be out of date, and the pages about how the cooperative works describe a draft the Members keep revising. If something matters to your plans, ask us first. We are not liable for loss that comes from relying on a page that was wrong.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
