This page says what the Common Grounds Cooperative website collects about you, what we do with it and how to ask us about it.

What we collect

This site does not ask you to create an account and does not collect anything about you unless you send us something.

When you send one of the forms on this site, we receive what you typed into it. Between them they ask for your name, email, message, business or organization, city and what interests you. The forms are handled by Netlify, the company that hosts this site. Netlify stores each submission so that we can read it and emails a copy to us. We keep messages for as long as we need them to answer you.

If you arrive from one of our ads, or from a link whose address carries campaign tags (such as a link in an email we sent), your browser keeps those tags, the ad click id and the page you landed on for 30 days. That copy is sent to us only inside a form you choose to send, so that we can tell which advertising or campaign brought you. It is not a cookie, and nothing is kept for a visit that arrived without them.

Analytics

This site does not use analytics. We do not count visitors, set cookies or use any analytics service.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies.

Hosting and other services

The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps ordinary server logs (the address your connection came from, the pages requested and when) for a short time in order to run the service.

Fonts, images and scripts are served from this site, not from a third party.

Links to other sites, such as the Members' own websites and the Handbook platform, take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or ask anything else about this page: email hello@commongroundscoop.org.
